Kylen Smith‘s baby daddy Jason Korpi has been the subject of headlines lately after a warrant was issued for him for skipping his court date and other upsetting claims. Now, amid this latest news, fans believe Kylen has lost custody of her son Xavier.

Fans believe that Kylen Smith may no longer have custody of her son Xavier.
This rumor started in the comments of an Unexpected fan-run gossip account, and quickly spread to Reddit, where many found it unsurprising.
“Honestly their entire season could be used as evidence in a CPS case,” one Reddit user wrote. “I would hate to see Kylen lose her baby because of that scumbag but I would hate even more for that baby to have to endure being raised by Jason.”
Another wrote, “I have never feared for a baby on a show as much as that one.”
Over the summer, Jason Korpi missed a court date, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Starcasm reported that the Unexpected star was set for an arraignment on May 3rd, but failed to appear before the judge. It was related to his DUI arrest from February 26th.
There was an active warrant for Jason’s arrest for two weeks before a Notice of Cleared Default was posted on May 19th. It is unclear if the warrant was dropped because the 19-year-old contacted the court or if he was arrested. However, it is likely that we would have heard about the latter.
His arraignment has been rescheduled for June 28th. Hopefully he shows up this time!
The news comes after a drama-filled season on TLC with Kylen, and fans have been begging her to dump Jason for months. Now, an alleged family friend is spilling even more disturbing claims about Jason.
Reddit user u/h974974 posted a compilation of texts they claimed were from a family friend close to Jason, who spilled some disturbing allegations about Jason.
“He has a camera in his room so when he goes away he can watch [Kylen] and if she leaves the room without telling him he would get p*ssed,” the insider alleged.
“She wasn’t allowed to breast feed like she wanted because he told her those are his boobs and no one else’s,” they also claimed.
