Haason Reddick, an outside linebacker with the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League, was born on September 22, 1994. Haason was born in Camden, New Jersey, in the United States. Haason weighs 240 pounds and stands 6 feet 1 inches (1.85 meters) tall (109 kg).

Reddick accepted the invitation to the 2017 Senior Bowl on November 14, 2016. Before being switched to inside linebacker for the Senior Bowl, when he delighted coaches and scouts, he showed exceptional performance in practice. On January 28, 2017, while playing for Chicago Bears head coach John Fox’s North squad in a 16-15 loss to the South, Reddick tied Michigan’s Ben Gedeon for the game’s most combined tackles with nine.

The Arizona Cardinals selected Reddick with the 13th pick overall in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He was the first linebacker selected in the 2017 draft, along with Temple teammates Dion Dawkins and Nate Hairston. Reddick is now Temple’s second-highest draft pick in school history, surpassing Paul Palmer, with the exception of John Rienstra, who was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers with the ninth overall pick in the 1986 NFL Draft.

On June 8, 2017, Haason Reddick and the Arizona Cardinals agreed to a four-year, $13.4 million contract that was completely guaranteed. The $7.94 million signing bonus was also formally confirmed.
